Almost brand new hotel Just five months old hotel, everything new and clean....nice location, just 10 minutes from beach and next to US 19...Publix is across the street
Good value Good experience, I would recommend. Newer motel, shopping close by.

Here to visit usfsp and booked a room here Room was very clean , Bed linens were too scratchy and bed comforter was way too thin, the walls were too thin as I could hear what was going on outside and in the rooms above and beside us . No pool at the hotel was a disappointment and didn't look like there was any where to put one as the parking lot was all around the hotel.

Good safe place for the St Pete area This is an extended stay and has minimal hotel type amenities, which was perfectly fine. Think more like it's your own apartment. Full size clean refrigerator, two burner cooktop, microwave and sink. More importantly it's probably the cleanest, safest area you can get near St. Pete. You do not want to go closer to the city on US 19 (34th street) hotels and I wouldn't stay in Ulmerton Road hotels under $150. There are plenty of good restaurants and stores adjacent and across the road.
No Carpets in the Rooms--Makes a Big Difference My husband and I both appreciated not having to look at and smell nasty hotel carpets. We'll never stay at a carpeted hotel again--this is the first hotel room EVER that didn't trigger our allergies. The staff were quick, pleasant and efficient. It was a very good experience, except for two complaints: the beds were hard as rocks. Owwww, my back! Also, we think it's pretty lame, charging extra for "premium wi-fi". Otherwise a good value. Fourth of July Celebration It was a very pleasant stay. All very clean and new. The hotel was situated in a central location. There were restaurants, malls and was near the beach we visited. Many safety and comfort.
