Staff Excellent. Responds Well Stayed 5 nights. Had issue with construction workers in room above mine bouncing a ball at 3am. Told staff next morning. Staff immediately changed my room and made accommodations for my wife and I. Hotel can't screen stupid guests with bad behavior. Staff did great job responding to our issue. Hotel does not clean room every day but you can get fresh towels etc.. The hotel is newer and rooms are all up to date. Location is good and no safety issues.

Decent hotel For the price the hotel is fine. There is no breakfast, but my room had a full fridge, microwave, and a small stovetop. This hotel is perfect for a multinight stay. My only complaint is that the room was very dirty when i showed up, but i was able to get some bleach and clean sheets from the front desk.

Recent construction, well maintained, clean. Need to buy a package of dishes and towels for longer stays. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Need to put a coffee pot in the room, extremely disappointed I had to go outside of hotel to get a coffee when I woke up, seriously, a cheap coffee pot is under $15 dollars

great stay I really enjoyed the hotel stay and I will be back. Very nice clean all around even had lots of laundry areas to wash and dry clothes. Lots of food eatery around as well. Clean room and nice bathroom fixtures. I was impress for the price I paid. Is there a reward members club? I would love to join thanks!

Wood spring suites The shower was not draining properly and it was inches deep before you finished. The comode lid fell to one side when you sat down. I told them about it and it was never taken care of. No coffee pot in room or anywhere in the place. This will be our last stay here

Customer Service was good, room very clean but lacking a chair and other basic needs, hair dryer etc.
