Good price, close to event we attended. Room was ok. Not filthy but not spotless. The highlight of the stay was the front desk staff. They were all wonderful, especially Maya.....she is a jewel. She was helpful, friendly and a breath of fresh air.
quiet area but right off highway I-271 Desk help was excellent. Extra towels, Restaurants close by, very quiet and safe area

Fine for an overnight stay Misrepresentation...they advertise a breakfast included...when we got there it was a grab and drive...coffee and prepackaged snack bar /muffins...totally unacceptable.......

Good budget hotel Picked this location because of its secret price and availability of fridge and microwave. Room was clean and not a lot of noise. The "breakfast" consisted of granola bars and prepackaged muffins along with coffee. The flavors were good just limited.

A good idea to consider. Good customer service although no breakfast.
3 day stay This was my first time staying at Extended Stay. We chose it because we wanted options to prepare some of our own food while we were in Cleveland. The suite was room (one queen bed) and clean. The kitchenette was convenient and stocked with needed basic plates, cups etc. Cook ware was available on request. The staff do not provide room service or cleaning but that was fine with us, since we were just staying for three days. I would stay again at this facility if I were again in the area.
Basic Basic hotel, basic price, good area for food. Room could have been cleaner (stains on the bed headboard).
