Very nice for the money We've been coming here for at least ten years and have seen a lot of staff come and go. Here's the thing. The staff has always been very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are always clean, not spotless, but clean. The bed has almost always been comfortable. What else could you possibly want?

good value room was a really really good value, My stay was $85 a night. queen bed, sofa, full kitchen, full fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove. I cooked 2 mornings of breakast and 1 supper. Internet a bit slow, which is typical in hotels

Ok. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful when they were around. It seemed to be understaffed. Breakfast was granola bars and/or Burry muffins. The coffee was lukewarm.

Great hotel for price and location I stayed at this hotel on a short visit to Cleveland. The hotel was reasonably priced and was in what seemed to be a nice quiet area. There were restaurants in the area as well as other stores. The airport is only a few minutes away too which was a plus. The restaurant right next door, Max and Erma's was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Huge room Good price Huge room. Comfortable. Close to general household and food shopping and to many fast food chains. The Grab and Go breakfast was coffee and a roll but I will accept that as opposed to higher room rate with better breakfast (my business seminar provided continental breakfast).
