Nice hotel. They should give more options for breakfasts. There are only muffins and cereal bars. I will also recommend to change the sheets an towels, looks old.

We had to deal with a woman approaching us asking for money. the place smelled like dog. Had someone out in the hallway yelling and causing a disruption for nearly an hour before he was removed from the premises. the refrigerator still had bottles of flavored water left in it had to request everything from the front desk if we needed a washcloth. we were under the impression that the dishes and utensils along with adequate linens were already in the room. the floor was sticky and smeared mirror had not been cleaned..when I c... read more

Good Value for Your Dollars Good value and a good price. The hotel is located close to retail areas and restaurants. Most importantly, it is a very short trip into downtown Cleveland to enjoy an Indians baseball and/or a Browns football game. Room was clean and comfortable.

Extended Stay The host on duty was really rude it seemed like he had a attitude problem and he wouldn't let me use the public restroom in the facility
