Very helpful and friendly staff, and clean and quiet rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Would most certainly stay here again.

hotel outside of Cleveland Place was easy to get to from off the Thruway. Staff very pleasant but the airconditioner in room was noisy and bed was very hard. For a one night stay it was fine.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is close to I90. The room was nice and clean, the price was fair, but the general upkeep of the halls needs improvement.

Decent They ran out of pillows! Called the front desk to get two more and the didn't have any on hand. Said they would go check laundry and let us know, they never got back to us. Checking in was an ordeal because they didn't have their paperwork together. Had me fill in all my personal information when I had already given that to them when I originally booked the room. Bed was a bit hard, sheets had been washed so many times they were rough. Tv didn't work. Was nice to have a full kitchen.

Family vacation Good value for what we needed. Location is great if doing stuff on Cleveland's west side and a decent retail area across the highway, plus movie theater to pass the time. ONLY complaint is weak continental breakfast. Coffee and prepackaged muffins and bagels were all there was. Plenty of restaurants to fill the void, but don't think you're getting a deal with the included breakfast. Great Value in a Quiet Setting We'd stayed here before and would stay again. The property is tidy and in a quiet suburban setting, but convenient to a major highway. Quality of the furnishings is not top of the line, but adequate. Phone didn't work, so had to wait until morning for the maintenance person. Night desk man pleasant but a bit clueless; morning desk man (Ray?) went above and beyond to be helpful.

For a non smoking room, the hallway smelled disgustingly of smoke.

Kitchen This hotel is for travelers looking for a basic kitchen for simple cooking. There seems to be pets in several of the rooms. An outdoor grill is available.
