Great room We went to Lakewood for a short getaway. The hotel was short staffed when we checked in (the front desk person had to clean rooms in addition to her job) but the front desk clerk was pleasant and positive. I probably would have been swearing up a storm so I thought that her cheery attitude was very professional. The room is pretty big - we had a "deluxe" - it had a nice bathroom, spacious dressing and desk area, sofa and tv area, "separate" kitchen and a queen bed. El mejor ESD! El hotel da muy buena impresion desde el exterior, los alrededores tienen una vista muy agradable al visitante. Esta muy bien conservado y la limpeza es excelente. El cuarto estaba impecable incluyendo la cocina completa con que cuenta. El mobiliario del cuarto esta en perfectas condiciones y muy comodo. Definitivamente volveria.

Excellent Service The front desk staff was very helpful with respect to changing our reservations which we had made through Expedia. We really apprecited the help!
