Westlake, MI Had a great stay. Very curtious staff and the rooms were comfortable. Also, it is not too far from several attractions and eateries.It is also easy to get to and from the highway. Although, I experienced a minor problem with the tv remote not work properly; my overall stay was very statisfying. You get quality services at a very reasonable/competitive price.

My Westlake Stay During my last stay the television in room 113 did not work properly. The volume would not adjust and the channels were hard to change with the remote. I could not even change the volume directly from the tv. The only other concern is that the water drainage in the bathroom sink was very slow. All other experiences were acceptable. Best Regards

Nice room - not great surroundings Room was awesome, enjoyed ammenities Neighborhood was commercial - had to drive to get to food and stores

Good value if a bit worn down Everything seemed clean but well used. Large space good value with everything you need & all works OK. 5minutes from a major upscale mall complex for good food or in trip shopping.

Extended stay Westlake, Ohio The rooms were adequate. If you wanted shampoo, lotion, or conditioner, you had to ask for it at the desk. There was a $5.00 charge for internet access. I wpuld not stay here again since there are a wealth of other hotels nearby.

Depends on your needs Room accommodations are adequate for those that just need a place to crash or are in-town due to last minute plans as was my case. My ratings are based on a non-biased comparison to other hotels I've stayed and not intended to bash this establishment. Overall it wasn't really that bad considering the cost/night. WORTH STAYING If you want a room that can accommodate a single person or a family of three, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is cheaper than the rest in the neighborhood and is very deceptive if you go by outward appearances. I got the deluxe efficiency which has a queen-sized bed and a sleep sofa with all of the appliances of home. The bed is a little stiff but still very comfortable. Not bad for the price.
