Easy on/off I-25 Room was spacious and hotel was mostly well maintained. Since Extended Stay has new ownership I can tell that they are moving in the right direction. I would recommend this for anyone passing through.

Easy to Get To - Clean & Functional The room was clean, quite spacious and functional. We only stayed one night but would be a great room if we were staying longer since there was a mini-kitchen.

right off I 25 freeway in north Colorado springs room was clean, spacious, and had a nice kitchenette. Front staff was always helpful. WiFi actually worked. No fru-fru amenities, and I didn't miss them. A "grab and go" breakfast sack. Would definitely stay again.

Basically just a place to sleep. I found nothing wrong with the hotel. It is very basic with not much to offer other than a clean, comfortable place to stay. It is not near any restaurants, stores, etc. but it is right off the highway. My room was on the quiet side, the other side faces the highway.

Spacious Comfortable stay, the room is bigger than other hotels and I like the kitchen. The fridge is big. I just wish there is waffle for breakfast.. Overall, nice stay.

The facilities seemed acceptable. However the room itself was dirty. There was visible trash on the carpet and floor in the kitchen. The kitchen sink and counter also had dried food and was dirty. There was dust on the desk and dresser drawers had trash. The kitchen table had trash as well. Since I only stayed 5 nights no housekeeping was provided. The room was unacceptable but I just chose to buy cleaning supplies and wipe everything down.
