Friendly Staff, Clean We were staying in Denver for most of our vacation but wanted to spend one night in Colorado Springs. Our goal for this one night was to find a hotel that was clean but reasonably priced. I was very pleasantly surprised with our stay. Sometimes different is good I have never stayed at an Extended Stay before and the 2 stars I really didn't know what to expect . I was traveling alone and I will stay at places my family would never stay. The price was great the location was easy to get to and was greeted by friendly staff who explained that they were a cross between a hotel and an apartment. Easy on/off I-25 Room was spacious and hotel was mostly well maintained. Since Extended Stay has new ownership I can tell that they are moving in the right direction. I would recommend this for anyone passing through.

Easy to Get To - Clean & Functional The room was clean, quite spacious and functional. We only stayed one night but would be a great room if we were staying longer since there was a mini-kitchen.

right off I 25 freeway in north Colorado springs room was clean, spacious, and had a nice kitchenette. Front staff was always helpful. WiFi actually worked. No fru-fru amenities, and I didn't miss them. A "grab and go" breakfast sack. Would definitely stay again.
