Okay The location and area were nice, but the room was lacking. The place was not cleaned well (previous guest's shampoo bottle still in the shower, hair in the sink, etc.). The beds had no mattress covers, just sheets on the mattress. The front desk was not staffed half the time and they were not friendly. No hairdryers. Next time, we will spend $20 more a night and stay at a nicer place.

Very good location The location of the hotel was very central so it was easy to get to most places in Colorado Springs without a problem.

Visit to Ft. Carson I have stayed at other Extended Stays and felt the service was better in the other cities.

Could have been cleaner... Carpet was dirty, bed was not great. It is really inexpensive and a good enough location. You get what you pay for.

Weird location but perfect stay! Weird location being nowhere near anything else, but that's like all of Colorado Springs anyway. Great stay, clean rooms, TINY BEDS though...

Nice, but not bright folks Overall good value, lots of amenities - but I had to return to front desk 3X for key recoding.
