I reserved a king bed room but once i checked in there were only a queen bed available in which i need and paid for a king bed room

Excellent Property for an Exstended Stay The Exstended Stay at this location is one of the cleanest well maintained property I have stayed in. The room was well kept, every amenity was available inside the room or upon request from the front desk. Check in was quick, courteous clerk informed you of the available breakfast, was on point as a representative made himself available for any questions or concerns I may have had.

No frills room Furniture in the room was scratched and peeling. No cream rinse. No coffee maker. Vending machines not working. Man at the desk was helpful and professional.

Badly in need of updates and deep cleaning. Bathtub/shower/toilet badly in need of updating. Floor of shower was worn through, toilet bowl was stained. Plumbing made noises. Pull out couch bed seemed like it was from the 80's - very flat with uncomfortable springs and stained! Desk was in a dark corner of the kitchen area - weird layout. Lamp missing. Refrigerator was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.
