DO NOT STAY HERE Check into a room with people and their things already in there. Hotel staff said that this sometimes happens and didnt really apologize for this. If you want to stay somewhere that is safe do not stay here. Made for a very unpleasant evening.

Stay somewhere else!!! Upon arrival, the room that I reserved was not available. Although I reserved a smoking room with a king, I was given a queen bed non-smoking room with the following problems: 1. There was no water in the tank of the toliet, so it could not be flushed 2. The shower made an outright hideous screeching sound when in use 3. No shampoo provided in the room 4. The TV was only about 12" across at best, and the remote batteries were dead Overall a pretty miserable experience, at least I was only there for one... read more

Friendly service, but first room was not clean I liked the configuration of the room, with a real mini-kitchen including sink, counter, and cupboards, but the room I was assigned was not clean! The cutting board was stuck to the counter in a puddle of sticky food residue, the bathroom floor and tub didn't seem to have been cleaned from the previous guest, and the final straw was when I pulled back the bedspread and saw hair. Needs Improvement very nice staff, need more house keeping people... night staff need to be trained better to handle accidents

Not nice at all Maintenance is poor. Burn holes on kitchen countertop, bathroom towel rack coming out of wall. Halls smelled of heavy smoke. Room down the hall had a barking dog. I don’t mind a rough bed, but I have not ever stayed in a hotel that the room was not maintained!

Needs Imporvement I ordered a room with 2 doubles because it was my stepfather and me who was traveling. The result was a King sized room with a couch with pull out bed. The pull out bed was more uncomfortable than a gravel road. I asked for more pillows and they were all out. I asked to exchange rooms and they said they were book solid. As I was walking away, I heard the front desk clerk telling someone one the phone she had queen rooms available. It was a non-smoking room, but the entire 3rd floor smelt like an ashtray.
