Safety and convenience
Location was convenient fo local shopping and dining.
Could have been cleaner. The sink counter was stained and looked dirty. Lots of debris in the hallways and the trashcans outside were overflowing. The staff was friendly.
The bed and pillows was comfortable. Like they serve coffee n some treats. Place was quiet
All in all this ESA location is ok... It's relatively clean, and located close to Columbia and Ellicott City. Everything in the room worked as expected. Well, one of the kitchen cabinet doors had a broken hinge... It wasn't spotlessly clean, but it wasn't dirty either. Surprisingly for this day in age the hotel WiFi service is NOT free! Really; someonw still tries to charge for WiFi!? And that WiFi isn't cheap at something like $5/day... Thankfully, we had no need for it as the cell phone had decent 5g coverage at the hotel ... read more
