Decent Room, Iffy Tub Staff was responsive and courteous. There was sometimes a faint smell upon entering the room each day, but it was not really an issue. My first-floor room was comfortable and almost entirely free of smoke smell for my entire 22 day stay. There was an issue with the tub and bathroom sink draining slowly, but those were taken care of. The tub had one spot that was "soft", where I sometimes feared I would cause a leak, or even create a hole, were I to step there.

The room is very nice, but smell okay. I learned from the front desk that the building does not have any rooms that provided non-smoking. Customer Service is friendly.

The first room we were in was dirty and the front desk people moved us to a different room. The second room the bed sheets had blood stains and I had to get sheets and change the bed myself. The night staff was great and accommodating and very helpful and friendly

Close to everywhere I needed to get to It was what I asked for as far as a decent amount for the room and decent room overall

Extended stay Overall we had everything we needed and room was clean. However checking in was a hassle and staff was slow. Checking in took over 15 mins, we were the only ones in line.
