Amazing Customer Service The morning front desk employee/manager provided the best customer service I've came across in a long time! I travel a lot since I am currently looking to relocate and she met all of my needs to the best of her ability!! I enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking again very soon!

4 night stay :) Pleasantly surprised when I walked into a Clean Spacious room:) Very pleased with front staff:) Will gladly book with Extended Stay America again!

Most affordable option during Pres Inauguration My guys have been working and staying in various Laurel area hotels for years. This was their first time at the ESA. There's nowhere to eat dinner and have drinks nearby, which they consider their #1 perk. Second best is coffee, and they were glad for the Dunkin Donuts next door. They did confirm the aformentioned reviews regarding the "smoking floor".

Easy location for short Washington DC trip The hotel was sufficient, not a lot of amenities. But it is nicely situated between Baltimore and Washington DC. If you have business in both places, or traveling with family and would like to visit both places, this is a very good location.

Paula was wonderful on check in. Made me feel right at home. Switched me into smoking room very quickly and deliveried razor and hair dryer to room upon request. I will come again if in neighborhood. Great prize for full kitchen hotel. Internet/wifi a plus. Thanks

The stay was ok and better than the 1 over in Landover, MD but the problem is the bed were hard adn not confortable so i recommend to make your company better look into other hotel that are better

tolerable no staff after 11 pm so call for lqte check in no staff at check if your leaving early. Room satisfactory bed a litlle hard . wireless slow but you can pay for higher speed (bummer), for the price i paid acceptable

Service Counts Room very nice...simple, clean and met all of our needs. Location was easy to get to and acees to many local attractions. Hotel staff VERY RUDE..tooo busy on the cell phone to be bothered with speaking to customers..sitting in chair no shoes feet up makeig personal calls major attiude to actually do job..little to know knowledege of hotel amentites ie did not know where pillows or towels kept..no cleaning service do to short stay..yet staff did not know where towels were located.
