Update your GPS The hotel was fine,once we found it.It was very hard to find as the gps wanted to take us to the east address. Clerk did not give good directions when we called. We had a few problems with our room ,but they were quickly resolved. All in all a good value.

Great room but no A/C We were impressed with the room size, refrigerator, and cleanliness. However, the air-conditioning did not work. It was 100 degrees that day. We would return if we did not need to stay cool. Staff was not too concerned or surprised that the A/C was not working.

Room was clean and efficient. Our room was clean and efficient. Fairly bare..no blow dryer..no shampoo or conditioner, basically no extras. The problem with our stay is that the TV volume did not work...was only static...when we reported this to the front desk, they admitted that they knew this and that another TV had been ordered but would not be in for at least another week...however, we were not told this when checking in and they did not have extra rooms that we could change to...was frustrated by this. Clean and comfortable Room set up is good, if I was staying multiple days it would be great as the kitchen and layout is good. The issue I had is something was in the ac blower and rattled horribly. My wife and I were in town for mizzou game and picked off the hotel.com site due to cleanliness ratings. The room did not have shampoo, conditioner and had the ac issue BUT the staff and room were good.

Just okay We had to switch rooms after our first one smelled strongly of a smoker being in the room. Even our 2nd room smelled like cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The TV volume didn't work. I was more concerned with the fact there was a woman living in her car in the parking lot and some of the odd people that were out and about at 4am in the morning! We stayed here because we were in town for a few days and it was super cheap. The rooms were fine and hotel staff was ok. I've stayed at many Extended Stays all over the US. ... read more

ok for overnight Very limited services. Front desk closed at 11 PM. Very limited breakfast options. OK for an overnight while traveling.
