Excellent check in service I think a friendly check in experience makes all the difference. Anthony was great. The room provided what I needed: a comfortable place to sleep, and a way to iron my clothes. Complimentary breakfast means different things to hotels. This one only served muffins and oatmeal, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants if you're hungry. The room was clean, quiet, right off the hwy, and I would stay here again. Smoking room Wasn't expecting a smoking room. They room didn't smell bad but smoke smell does get on clothes.
As expected for price paid. The only complaint is that the ironing board cover needs be replaced but nothing major. Also the word "breakfast" should be removed morning offer.

Outside looked great, lots of new paint inside and out. Just not as updated as other extended stays I've been to. Employees were attentive and pleasant. Was what I expected no frills no thrills.

Inexpensive, accesible, near everything A no-frills hotel with a friendly staff. Quiet and clean. Very convenient. Close to restaurants, shopping, downtown and Mizzou campus.
Mother's weekend with my son I went to Columbia for mother's weekend with my son. Asked him where to stay- he had no idea. Couldn't beat the value of this hotel for what you got. it was clean and easy to get to. Not much staff working but those that were there were very helpful.
Nice location This is a very clean, very quite hotel. The staff went out of their way to do anything they could to make our stay enjoyable! The hotel was across the street from a very nice park. Comfortable beds and a recliner in the room. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when visiting Columbia!

Good Value The room was clean and quiet. They do allow smoking in the rooms, so if, like me, you are a non-smoker, make sure to ask for a non-smoking room.
