Inexpensive, accesible, near everything A no-frills hotel with a friendly staff. Quiet and clean. Very convenient. Close to restaurants, shopping, downtown and Mizzou campus.

Mother's weekend with my son I went to Columbia for mother's weekend with my son. Asked him where to stay- he had no idea. Couldn't beat the value of this hotel for what you got. it was clean and easy to get to. Not much staff working but those that were there were very helpful.

Nice location This is a very clean, very quite hotel. The staff went out of their way to do anything they could to make our stay enjoyable! The hotel was across the street from a very nice park. Comfortable beds and a recliner in the room. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when visiting Columbia!

Good Value The room was clean and quiet. They do allow smoking in the rooms, so if, like me, you are a non-smoker, make sure to ask for a non-smoking room.

basic room for a basic rate ants in the room. person next door smoking. other than that good stay. staff were helpful, but they weren't going to kick out the smoker even though the hotel is non smoking.

Average Noisy and the room smelled like smoke. We do not smoke. Bathroom had signs of mold.

Economic stay for a weekend trip. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The only 2 things that threw me were 1- cleaning services are not provided every day. So during my weekend trip no one came to change the sheets, but all we had to do was ask the front desk for a new sheet and they were happy to oblige. 2- they lock the front doors of the hotel after 11pm so you need your hotel room key to enter the building.
