The mattress was horrible! Had to buy a mattress topper from the store.

Easy to get to and the staff is very friendly
The Extended Stay America at 1-270 NE is fairly clean and fairly well run but the building must be made of papier mache and balsa wood. As I laid in bed, I regularly heard and felt doors opening and closing and people stomping above and on either side of my room and in the hallway. The sound of slamming doors was the background noise. It did lessen by 11 pm but started again by 7 am.
