Rooms just need to be updated and cleaned better, not even a simple bottle of shampoo in the room -- just two bars of soap. room was open and unlocked and all drawers were wide open when I checked in.

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping & Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. Asked for early check in, wrote it in my request for the hotel room. Was rudely told “it doesn’t always work like that.” Finally, was able to check in 15 minutes later. Then they stuck me in the room next to the supply closet. The room was clean, other interactions with staff was nice.

Outside of the noise from the room upstairs overall it was a pleasant stay. Day one had oatmeal, breakfast bars and muffins for grab and go breakfast. Day two only had muffins muffins
