Excellent customer service! The staff was exceptional. I stayed here a few weeks ago and the service was excellent. Therefore, when I had to stay here again a few weeks later I cancelled my reservations at another hotel and stayed here instead. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. I got the rest I needed for the next day’s competition. Thank you to the entire staff!!!!

Weeklong visit to family This Extended Stay served us well as a base of operations as we were in town for a week to visit family. My only complaint is that the AC is one of those under the window ones that often doesn't get the filter cleaned well; it definitely triggered my allergies while sleeping. Otherwise, everything was clean, worked well and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet and convenient.

Never again The beds were not comfortable. The room was just passable as far as cleanliness. Breakfast was a joke...my daughter found another person's dirty underwear under the bed...yikes

Front desk staff, David, was very pleasant. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion is when a room has a sofa bed, regardless if it is going to be used, the bedding should be included with the other bedding. We just took the cover off of the bed so one of our family members could sleep on the sofa bed. It was after 2am and did not want to bother anyone. After being on the road for 12 hours we just needed a good nights rest.
