We needed a hotel close to the Bay Area hospital due to my son having a medical procedure. Room very nice & clean. Staff very friendly. Only complaint at no fault of hotel was people stomping around upstairs forr 2-3 hours, early in the morning.
The staff was nice but when I reserved, I read everything and it said breakfast and it said that our room was going to have two beds and a sofa bed but when we got there literally the smell of the whole hotel smelt a lot like Clorox and we only had two beds. We didn’t even have a couch And they tried to change his room but the other room the flooring was kind of bad so we just stayed on the previous one and the girl was nice and she gave us another small little bed but you could feel the springs on it so my little six-year-o... read more

The best sleep I’ve had at any hotel! We came to visit family for the holidays. So we were tired after our drive in and just wanted to get to bed right away. I just have to say that we were greeted by such a wonderful lady with the biggest smile!! The check-in was so easy and quick! The room was PERFECT for our size family. It was clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. I slept so good and was ready to visit family the next day!!! My grandsons slept on the sofa bed and both said it was comfortable as well.
