Overall pleasant but the pool was dirty and disapp The pool was dirty and very disappointing. There were not t enough towels and the room keys stopped working many times.

Meh they do not have coffee pots in rooms which in an extended stay, they SHOULD. The shower head was the kind that you hold and did not have a mount on it so the shower was not good. The pool closes at 9pm which is too early especially on a friday or saturday night, during the summer. The elevator broke while we were there. The morning breakfast bar was out of coffee by 9:00 am when we went down there.

Our stay was good for our stay of one night, but we got stuck in the last room down the hall near the exit door. Exit door didn't function when we first arrived, we couldn't go in with our card. Then at about 2am there was so much commotion of people exiting and entering along with slamming of several doors which kept us up for awhile.

Home for the holidays We have stayed here several times, but seems like lately things just aren't quite as nice as in the past. The beds are REALLY hard, would have been better off sleeping on the floor. Also the double closet was missing the two mirrored doors, so really took away from the appeal of the room.

Just what we wanted We chose this spot for its good price, decent location, and full kitchen. I spent a week here with my wife and kids just unwinding at the beach and in the room over Thanksgiving. All the staff we interacted with were nice and professional, no complaints on cleanliness or noise, and beds were good for sleeping. My only small negative is they didn't have ovenware--no baking pans, cookie sheets, etc.

The carpet was really the only thing that was in need of attention. Dirty. A good shampooing or just forgoing carpet altogether would be a better deal. The bed is advertised as a "queen" but sure looked more like a double. Good thing my husband and I love each other..lol. And it wasn't all that comfortable. Hangers provided would have been nice. But over all we enjoyed the Hotel.
