Not worth the money. The check in was annoying and slow for a motel and he was rudely asking personal questions about my reason for staying and the time I was checking in and required a $100 deposit and I have no problem with deposits, but $100 was just ridiculous. The bed linens were old and stained, the bathroom light did not and it was not repaired during my entire 3 night stay even though I complained and asked to switch rooms. xxxxxxxx She could not find my reservation.. After about 45 minutes, I called Hotels.com office and then on hold for at least 15 minutes... He stated they had sent my reservation already to the property... Then the girl at the front desk (new and had been there only one week) found that my room was marked as a NO SHOW... at 6 PM Really????? It was convenient to get to. Cleanliness was lacki I had to go to the lobby to get clean towels & they only give you 2 wash cloths, I use a clean wash cloth at night & in the morning. I was there 10 days before my sheets were changed & my room was cleaned. It took 5 days to get a coffee pot in my room. Breakfast was granola bars & muffins & coffee. No cereal or fruit. You had to ask for pots, pans & dishes its really easier to eat frozen dinners & buy plastic ware than carry all of that stuff to your room from the office. Th... read more
The room looks ok but I dont think they vacuum the carpet. My feet was dirty after walking barefoot around the room. They serve coffee in the morning but they dont replenish the creamer once it runs out.
Convenient for me Undesirables are constantly hanging out at the facility. Need to hire uniformed officers to help out
