What went wrong Gum was stuck to the side of the headboard, possible bed bugs. No small towels just medium and large

Not a first or second choice Is it that hard to clean and provide towels to the customers? The people were friendly, but failed at daily upkeep.

I initially had to change rooms because it was so filthy. There was food in the refrigerator, dirty towels, dirty tables, dirty toilet and no toilet paper. The front desk person was so overwhelmed. This was the worst experience I ever had to check into a room. Fortunately, after waiting, I was reassigned a room for which the front desk still had to clean in order for me to move in. Not bad for the price The full size fridge was a plus. But there's nothing to cook with in the room. I imagine it's available at the front desk though.
