The price was the best part. It's about what I expected, maybe even a little better. Staff was very friendly. The shower curtain was either too short, or hung too high. Either way, it would not stay in the tub. Therefore, the floor became wet..

Staff was slow to come to the desk but you could hear extended personal conversations in the back room. Actual person-to-person contact was polite enough. Grab-and-go breakfast counter was messy. It looks like they just put the food out for the morning then don't tend it again until it's time to pack it up. Building was showing signs of age.

Conference stay nice roomy comfortable room while attending a conference at the Irving Convention Center. Very close to the center

Not impressed. Had to get new remote from front desk. Could not get into building with key card initially. Could hear tenants upstairs moving around.

You get what you pay for Great room for the price. Gym was closed early in the morning and there was no sign to tell guests what the hours are. Front desk not manned overnight from 11pm to 7am. Not sure what would happen if you accidentally got locked out of your room...
