Mediocre I booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. I get there and end up getting two "Queen deluxe " rooms that weren’t even next to each other. The explanation given was because they're allowed to be overbooked by three rooms and because i was the last one of the three overbooked, i wasn't given the room that i reserved. The rooms they gave us, were not ideal for my family because we now had to split up into two rooms. We had to decide which minors would go with which adults and so on.
