Excellent customer service. Young lady at desk was extremely nice. Room’s definitely need updating but rooms were clean
Property is run down and not maintained well. Room was clean enough. Staff was lackluster. Other guests seemed a bit rough around the edges. Room served my purpose of a place to sleep for the night.

Wonderful team Jill was amazing and Marsha did an amazing job with the room service. We recommend this hotel.
Location was great, staff were very friendly especially the staff that helped us check in when we arrived.

You get what you pay for in a 2.5 rated hotel. Didn't get the double queen I reserved, instead got a King with a double sofa. The sofa bed if course was very uncomfortable. No stopper in the bathroom sink, the room had an odor. The walls were crumbling in the corners- very outdated
