It’s was less than what I expected. The phone didn’t work, so I had to walk down to the lobby desk to ask for extra bedding. There were 3 of us, slept 4 has pullout sofa but no pillows or bedding for it. Only 1 wash cloth and not enough towels. I had to go down to ask for more.. the staff member said, “did you bring any dirty to exchange?” I didn’t know I had to take my own dirty towels to get clean ones but I didn’t have any just needed extra clean bc not enough for the number of people in our party. Mediocre I booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. I get there and end up getting two "Queen deluxe " rooms that weren’t even next to each other. The explanation given was because they're allowed to be overbooked by three rooms and because i was the last one of the three overbooked, i wasn't given the room that i reserved. The rooms they gave us, were not ideal for my family because we now had to split up into two rooms. We had to decide which minors would go with which adults and so on.
