Disappointing at best Front desk was unhelpful. Made us sign a non-smoking policy (not a problem as I am a non-smoker and was there for an ultra marathon) but upon entering the room, a smoke smell was present. We called immediately to the front desk and were NOT offered a new room- simply an assurance that we wouldn’t be charged. Room was below expectation and the “breakfast to go” was a joke. We stayed 2 nights and no service was made to the room- no additional soap/shampoo and beds weren’t re-made.

Close to many restaurants. AC was broken upon arrival and there was no hair dryer in the room. My room also had a peculiar odor that never went away.

The breakfast bar was so spartan that it was laughable. Granola bars, instant oatmeal and coffee do not constitute a breakfast bar. I had to clean the bathroom sink/vanity of soap scum and hair. Toilet paper holder was empty.
