Front desk staff were very nice and extra helpful. The property overall, and my room, were in need of renovation. Wear to carpet, walls, and furniture was obvious. However my one-night stay was acceptable and affordable and safe.

Nice to always rely on extended stay. Heads up. No elevator. My only complaint, the floor was sticky... Like the dirty sticky... and there was trash underneath the bed.

Clean room, very accommodating room attendant, friendly staff, grab and go breakfast… the only problem that I encountered was that I had requested a stair free room but was given a third floor room in a building lacking an elevator. Got plenty of leg exercises in a week!
The room was good, as normal, had everything we expected and paid for. I did, and still do, have a problem with the woman that checked me in last night. She started getting aggravated, and I merely telling her hownthe other front desk clerks had been checking me in and was explaining our situation and that all my stuff was in the room and she made the comment, "you people, you people" and shook her head as she said it. Yes it was thank you for helping me when I needed to extend my stay.
My rrom was clean and comfortable. I was able to get everything additional I needed, plates, silverware, etc. The hotel was clean and had a great atmosphere to it, again, very comfortable and inviting. The best part of my stay, though, was Ms Faye, at the front desk. Shes an absolute "Jill of all Trades". I saw her at the front desk. around the clock on all 3 shifts, as well as doing housekeeping and making sure all the rooms were kn order.
