ESA: Dayton-south : 1st choice of hotels We are really happy with this hotel. We are currently homeless and have stayed at quite a few hotels. We werent happy with most of them, either because of the cost or there were less than friendly people just hanging around outside the room and around the hotel, a few had cockroaches and weren't very clean and some had employees that were not friendly at all.
