Do NOT stay here! I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I was not aware that people "live" at this hotel, with their cats and dogs. I was also not aware that the hotel was a smoking hotel. There is a terrible odor in the hotel, a combination of unclealiness, pets, smoke, other peoples food, and just yuck. The room that I stayed in had a leaking air conditioner, that had water all over the floor/carpet. The bedding is old and the towels are hard. The bathroom was not clean. Noisy I was set to stay for 2 weeks but checked out after 2 days. The hotel itself was fine but it was so noisy with kids running up and down the halls at all hours. The person in the room above me was pounding on the floor.

need upgrade we was dissapointed with the service the hotel need upgrade the carpets are so dirty they do not cleaning the bathroom the towels are smelly the bet are not comfortable the kitchen do not have silver ware,potts to coook

Paid Double- Terrible Customer Service I do not recommend choosing this hotel as there was a mix up with our reservation. The room was prepaid for a co-worker who would be arriving a day later. I checked in and was told everything was in order. Upon arrival my co-worker was told no reservation existed and he had to pay for another reservation. Nice set up for the room, but it was so run down. I liked the kitchen, and the set up of the room. It was so run down, though. The fabic on the arms of the couch were worn away and there were cigarette burns. Also, there were bugs in the room. One fell out of my towel as I stepped out of the shower. For the price, my expectations were not high, but I didn't think I'd have to deal with a room in which I didn't want to touch anything. I'm just happy I wasn't traveling with my young children.

Bad smell , not clean , without breakfast ( one coffe and one cheap muffin in the plastic - it's not a breakfast )

dont stay here!! The blankets had holes in them...cigarette burns although I was in a non smoking room. Trash cans overflowed in hallway. Very outdated..not clean and would not stay there again

great people bad hotel The customer service at the front desk was amazing even let me check in early to accomdate my 3 year old. But the rooms were disgusting. The rug looked like it had not be cleaned weird stains in the bathroom and the room smelled funky. Thank God I had brought febreeze to spray in the room to take care of some of the odor. Unsatisfactory The hotel really need to take pride in its business! It's located in the heart of a very popular tourist city of Daytona and the standard of which the hotel is being kept is UNSATISFACTORY. The NON smoking Rooms were very Smokey and the Carpet weren't clean. The Towels were very hard and not fluffy at all. the front desk weren't professional and the animals was very loud. Overall it was not a good stay for me and my family....
