Elevator not working much of the time.
The elevator breaks regularly and we haven’t had hot water for 2 days
Check-in took nearly 30 minutes with two people in front of me (10 minutes each, including me, and I was pre-paid through Traelocity). Why so long to get checked in? Other than that, the 2 day stay was fine. Clean and efficient room with a comfortable bed. Thin walls and I could hear the neighbor's dog barking at times, but overall a comfortable stay.
