Mostly good Fir the most part it was a great stay. The front lady was helpful and friendly and we had no issues with the staff. However, online it says they clean once per stay, the envelope the key goes in says they clean twice a week. We stayed 5 nights and 6 days and the room was never cleaned. But other than that it was great.

Great location rude staff except for 1 employee Omg there was one lady so rude that work there she had to be 8-9 months pregnant. For a lady to be so pregnant she took so many smoke breaks that it was so gross to see. She was so hard to find and she would get so angry with customers. Only bright spot there was Linda Wells. Woodsprings billing is a joke from their extra charges to even trying to get in touch with corporate is joke. I'm keeping my fingers cross If I get my refund back that the hotel over charged me. I wouldn't recommend it. It started out rough and got worse from there. The floor was sticky, 2 pillows on a king sized bed for 2 people, the phone didn't work in our room, and it was noisy.

Not recommended by me I wasn’t impressed. From no toilet paper to no towels to pretty much not clean (the room that is). Yes I know it’s an extended stay and they won’t clean the room everyday but upon checking in it should be clean and ready to go.
