The lady that checked me in was very polite and very respectful (she had red hair - I forgot her name). The hotel was very clean.

Thin walls Walls were very thin. Could clearly hear voices in next room. Room had only shower not bathtub. Need better pillows.

The hotel was new and the room was very clean. Decor and furnishings were sparse. There was no maid service at all during my stay, but I learned that guests' rooms are only cleaned twice a month. The TV was in perfect condition, and everything else worked. I admired the hotel security policies. There ought to be tissue dispensers, skin cream, and more soap/shampoo available.
