Road trip from Chicago to visit friend in same hotel Stayed 2 nights, with my 16 year old daughter & husband. Great bathroom, kitchen, bed area & sofa bed area. With sofa bed open - there was plenty of room to move around everywhere. Very clean. All items in good shape.
Clean, newly remodeled and comfortable Room was very nice. Good size flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, free grab and go breakfast, pool, work out room and laundry room. Staff was friendly and would smile and greet you every time you walked in the door. The parking lot was basically full but minimal noise in the rooms.
Almost perfect I would have rated everything 5 stars but the computer system was down when I arrived. I waited in the lobby for 30-40 minutes until I could even check in. I'm not one to complain, I just had a long day and all I wanted to do was get in and lay down. The staff was very friendly however and I understood it was not their fault. great hotel for families The hotel room was bigger than I expected. The staff called me before we got there to ask if we needed anything. The staff was extremely pleasant when we arrived and gave us restaurant recommendations. The lobby was clean and the elevators, hallways and room didnt stink and were also clean. We didnt use the pool as it was too cold and rainy out.
Nice area close to hwy 235 Like a mini condo. Pull out sofa bed was comfortable, clean. Full galley kitchen.
