Okay if not spending a lot of time in the room. The main problem was the noise from other guests, which is to be expected at practically every hotel. The beds were a bit worn (sinks in the middle) and the air conditioner didn't work well. Grab and Go breakfast was extremely limited and went FAST! Also, the room was a lot smaller than expected. Overall, I felt that this was a pretty average hotel.

Overall pleased!! This was a really great hotel nice clean rooms only complaint would be is you could hear the kids upstairs stomping and running around at night and in the morning.

Probably would not recommend this hotel to friends The hotel was just okay. I probably would not recommend people to stay in this hotel. My biggest complaint was that our room smelled like smoke and the facility was supposed to be nonsmoking. We tried to switch to another room, but it smelled the same way. The rooms and beds were also a lot smaller that I was expecting. The staff were very friendly, but the facilities were not great. Also, they claimed to have a grab and go breakfast. Great place to visit! The hotel is located in a great area. All the stores are close bye. The customer service is very nice. I am visiting again this summer and will stay in the same hotel. The prices are fair.

close to san destion REcenlty renovated. Smell in room musty but otherwise ok. A/C worked great. Elevator a little shakey,

Best price in Destin! Looking for an inexpensive place in Destin and found this Extended Stay. Friendly desk staff, very clean room. Dog down the hall barked all morning...very annoying. Elevator out of order. Nice pool, tiny breakfast. BUT the best in season price in Destin!

family trip the hotel overall is good I mean you get what you pay for, it was clean and no nose problems at all. They say it is breakfast provided but the breakfast is only a wrapped up muffin thats all, I dont consider that breakfast. other than that everything was fine. Also, the staff was very nice and friendly. Maybe will stay there again as a last resort.
