Annoyed I was not happy upon arrival. I arrived and they told me the room I booked thru hotels.com was not available (even though I booked it in January). I was very upset because I needed the room I paid for- not an "upgrade" to a single king room. I even spoke to them the Monday before I arrived to the hotel and added an extra day through the actual hotel- and they told me they would keep me in my double queen room so that I wouldn't have to change rooms at the end of the week for one night. Very friendly staff and all needs were met. Great location and fairly quiet for a dog-friendly hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

No daily maintenance was my 1st time ever experiencing that.
stayed to attend seminar personnel at reception ALL very nice and accommodating esp Sandy, who even called me back on my cell fone to give me directions . thanks Sheila (love the discussion we had) and Arlene (she looked for a Corkscrew for the wine), that very nice lady who gave me change so I can do the laundry. nice place to stay for EXTENDED period. we cooked and able to save money. they have Laundry facilities whc helped us a lot in more ways than one: save money and no need to bring lots of clothes.
