Nice quiet location There were good and bad things about our room. The room was nice but the toilet steadily ran no matter what we did. Water pressure was a bit low. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were not far from beaches and great food. The biggest problem was the WiFi that didn't seem to work properly and the power outage. Overall we enjoyed our weekend.

economical stay Hotel is located in well kept area right off of highway. Easy to find attractions all around. Drawbacks were no cleaning service for stays less than 1 week so we had to exchange towels at front desk daily. Sheets and Blankets were substandard

We had a nice stay. A little difficulty with the WIFI but the Desk Manager came to our room and corrected the problem within 5 minutes. We did not like the idea of not having a Vanity in the bathroom. It made it a little difficult concerning toothbrush's and makeup items. We were told by Management that all the Queen Rooms were handicapped adapted and that they were not allowed to put Vanity's due to the wheelchair access. A Great fishing trip I almost didn't book this because of the bad reviews. I think that they need to share the drugs that they are using. The desk people and Housekeeping were very friendly and catered to anything we needed. We needed more towels and they gave twice what we asked for. I will definitely stay here again. Sandy, the night desk lady, was extremely helpful. She remembered our names and asked us if we caught fish and if we required anything every time we came though the lobby.

decent This was a decent hotel for the price and the staff was extremely friendly. I had an emergency come up and they automatically credited my account without me even asking.

Family & Pet Friendly Hotel For our first time vacationing in Destin this hotel was a great value, staff was friendly - especially Faye at the front desk, and everything was close to drive to - the beach, drug store, supermarket, etc... hotel is good for families with children and/or a pet, having a kitchen saved a lot of money instead of eating out and having laundry room/machines was very convenient, overall we would stay there again because of the value and cleanliness, and comfort.

Comfortable and Clean Was a nice room, clean, comfortable. Only bad thing was the towels. Felt as if you were drying off with a brillo pad. Overall was great for the money. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Pets were welcomed and made to feel welcome. Would stay here again.

Experienced id fraud Stay required a place to lie our head and the chance to meet a new grandbaby this was great After affects were unwaranted this is the only place we used our credit card and witin the month we experienced identity fraud with charges unknown???
