Last minute business trip Check in lady seemed annoyed upon my arrival. She didn’t smile once during the process. She ignored a gentleman (existing guest) waiting behind me and he finally just left. The remote control didn’t have working batteries at first and there was a used, wet towel from a previous guest behind the bathroom door. Its inexpensive for a reason Hotel is managed cheap not employees fault If you are not staying 8 days or more there is no turn down service or cleaning or garbage pick up There is absolutely no cleaning crew except Sunday Pets pee in the stairwells, no cleanup pee was there from Friday until Monday morning Towels are counted you turn in old towels to get clean ones Pets bark all night nothing is done All kinds of nasty cooking smells up and down hall Awful Someone pooped in elevator smelled all weekend The hotel is dirty Onl... read more

I was able to check in late. Once I got to the room, it was not as clean as other pictures portray. Breakfast is not what i thought it will be. They only offer coffee, tea, chocolate, snack bars, and cup cake breads. I arrived Saturday and left Monday and they did not clean the room once. In every hotel I have stayed previously they always clean the room and give clean towels, I was very disappointed. I will not be staying in this hotel again.

Not a good hotel Worst exprience worst internet kitchen utensils very bad and old - gave only 1 spoon per person - limited no place to throw trash smoke ventilator not working - informed the staff they already knew it. AC didnt work properly very very small room room service not provided if the stay is less than 7 days. Worst rule.

Loved the amenities. Very friendly staff. But hotel smelled a little and my room was dirty. The whole time I was making sure my kids touched NOTHING. It was very frustrating feeling like everything was filthy. The tub was not clean. There was hair in my sheets and furniture has stains and spots all over. Would not stay again

Just disgusting. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been too. Spend extra money and go elsewhere.
