Hotel was mid could definitely get better for your money but the room was clean and fresh linen

Maintenance staff should be more available. The toilet in my room was stopped up. When I notified the front desk, not only was maintenance not notified by the next day, but they asked me to come and get a plunger. I checked out!

The staff was very courteous. I felt bad for them explaining why the service was what it was. e.g.: no coffeepot in the room; the breakfast was old protein bars and muffins and coffee cups with lids that did not fit, etc. A group of Irish folks were there, and I was ashamed that this place represented cheap American lodging.

The room did not have stocked towels, nor were there soap or hair washing shampoos. We were sleeping when the fire alarm went off at 8pm in the evening due to some testing they were doing that was not announced and it continued for about 20 minutes. Very loud and caused confusion with the guests who were trying to determine if we needed to evacuate
