Ok for Tired Staff was very friendly, breakfast needs improvement, location is ok but not a lot of places close to eat.

Near to a mall Hotel offers breakfast while booking but nothing is there.

I reserved a King size bed and when I got there and checked in I was not informed this wasn't available. I went up to my room and noticed the smaller bed, so I called the front desk and they said they were sold out there was nothing left but she would note it for me for the morning manager when I checked out. I asked about it as I checked out and again she simply said there wasn't any. Last minute choice The first room we were given had hair in the bathtub. The TV screen was smashed also. They put us into a different room but is was on the 3rd floor and when you're traveling with a dog, that's not convenient. I asked for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor when I booked it. The sink in the kitchen had a leaky faucet so we had to wipe up water constantly and the refrigerator dripped water all over our pizza, ruining our leftovers. Not worth the price I booked online through Expedia and the reservation was honored and I went into the hotel to check in. The system was down and the customer service agent was talking more to himself than he was to me. I stood there for 45 minutes as he restarted the computer six separate times. It wasn't until I finally interjected and asked him if there was a paper check in since I already paid online.
