Friendly staff, but dirty hotel. The staff was very friendly and personable. I would guess that they are massively understaffed because the assistant manager was collecting trash from the hotel, and the front desk person was frequently out doing other tasks as well. My sink was leaking, and when I wiped the water off the floor I was disturbed at how dirty the cloth was. Clearly mopping is not a thing that happens. The room did not smell fresh or clean. This hidden Gem The staff here was very professional and very entertaining at the same time. They ensured that I was getting around the area ok and even made sure that I got plenty of rest before my trip back home.
