The room completely smeeled like smoke. It was horrible. The bath tub had old water in it. Gross!!!

I am a regular - 4th stay row I had issues. This last time Ridiculous. Went to go take a shower in there with no shower curtain. Puddle of water behind toilet- wall wet and Visual black mold. always asked for the first floor and two extra blankets. I’d like to leave my window open for fresh air. There were no safety locks so I had to leave my window closed which allowed me not to sleep lack of fresh air. Cigarette smoke was coming in from the ceiling vent. I complain to the morning staff. The property is old and tired. Sorely in need of a renovation. Guessing the guests are somewhat sticky fingered as there are no dishes, pots and pans or utensils in the rooms. You have to check them out from housekeeping. Also, housekeeping doesn't come by every day. The outside entrance to the faciliy was dirty and needed sweeping badly.

The price was probably a plus, but this was my first experience with extended stays and I probably won't willingly try another. There are no amenities--no beds made, new soap, a refill on shampoo, a coffee in the room. I wouldn't call their offering a breakfast at any level. The blanket was thin and there was no extra. You could turn up the heat and sleep in a hot room or shiver under an inadequate blanket. In three days I never experienced a smile from anyone on the staff.
