Upon arriving, The trash cans in the room were full from the previous resident. The room was musty and smelled bad. The towels looked unclean and were probably left in the room from the previous stay. Will not be returning to this particular hotel anytime soon.

Chose this location due to its closeness to the outlets. Great surrounding area but the property and rooms were very disappointing. It needs an upgrade.

When I got there they were friendly. Unfortunately the room was dirty. No ice machines. Noise from neighbors. I explained what had happened and they refunded the stay. They got back to me with resolving the problem. I appreciated that. I worked for best western and understood there can be bad days with housekeeping and if you resolve it with the guest and make it right guests will come back. It was in a good location. I will come back.

Crappy Service There was blood on one of the clean towels. When I asked someone to change all my sheets and towels they told me since I was there for 3 days they will not clean the room, towels or sheets.

Horribe My non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, as did the hallway. There was beer bottle caps on the floor in my room and hair in one of my washcloths as well as 2 of my towels.

Pésimo Espere, 25 minutos para registrarme, no había nadie en el lugar, me entregaron una cafetera sucia con el café que uso el huésped anterior, ya descompuesto, la tina sucia y el jabón que dejaron ya usado las toallas y la cama las almohada sucias y al reportarlo no hacen nada para agradar sólo dijeron lo no!. o algún descuento por ese descuido de ellos. no hay desayuno solo cafe y barras de granola definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
