I got charged from expedia through my online reservation and charged again in this property. When i got there, a front desk asked for my FIRST name and gave me the key and ask for credit card. When I got in the room, I realized the paper he gave me was with a mistake of last name. Then he said it was a wrong room and he gave me another key for a different room but same paper and he charged me. So ridicolius! And take note I called expedia and they said Manager in the property is not there so they can proceed with anything. H... read more

Convenient location close to my meeting site. Worn, smelly room; noisy location, but nice, responsive staff.

Price was what drew me to this property but you get what you pay for. Smokey smell throughout building and had to call and wake the front desk person up at 6AM to get my bill.

I booked.through expedia...room had a dirty fill , rugs stained toilet was running not working well had to turn it off myself.No help from front desk. very disappointed

The toilet seat and bath tub had hair on them. I had to turn the water off because the toilet wouldn't stop running. The AC unit couldn't keep the room cool.

Sparse. Inner-city vibe in the burbs. Property isn't far from Alameda County Jail. But you'd think you were staying there.

Disgusting coffee, hallways smell like cigarettes Hallways smell like cigarette smoke. Room was mostly clean except entryway carpet was dirty. Breakfast was just pre-wrapped mini muffins and disgusting coffee (undrinkable).
