Staff were detached, uncommunicative and unresponsive.
my employees were there for 5 days and were denied a cursory cleaning of their rooms without being charged a fee, which was disappointing. i understand that is a chain-wide policy, so while that makes it understandable and consistent, it would likely preclude us from using Extended Stay America again for more than a day or two, ironically.

Suite Escape I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. There weren't any noisy neighbors. I love that the hotel offers a kitchen just in case you plan on staying in and cooking. It gives you a feeling of not even being at a hotel but at home. I plan on visiting some time in the near future.

Business trip The room was neat and clean. The Staff Was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a convenient location. The cost of the room was pricey. I've paid less for a double tree room.
