My stay was very comfortable and quite nice! I love the area and I'm sure I will stay with you again

Room was smelly of cigaret smoke, staff was not friendly, room felt dirty.
It was Ok. nothing more, nothing less. Just Ok. It's a quite area near shopping and dining. the room could've been a little cleaner. I stayed there for 4 nights and housekeeping never came by with new towels, soap or other amenities. I guess that's expected at these hotels. maybe i should've looked into it a bit more.
