Easy to book, great location! Overall a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful and proved to be central to food and entertainment!

my experience wasn't what i expected It was an okay experience. I went to check in and the staff that was checking us in kept trying to check other people in at the same time which caused some frustration. When I got to my room it didnt smell clean and the sheets weren't cleaned nor was the chairs in the room. The room had what i wanted being a little kitchen in there but i just didnt expect it to not be clean.

Overall a pretty comfy stay The room was clean. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable and enjoyed out short stay. The only issue was the front desk clerk taking a while to notice me at the front counter to check in. Other than that, my stay was wonderful and I definitely will stay again.
Very average at best. . . I certainly won't make a habit of staying at Extended Stay hotels in the future. The lack of simple amenities really makes a difference. No room cleaning for the couple of days so no new soap or shampoo. Little things, but it makes a difference. No newspaper to pick up and read. No receipt under the door before departure. No swimming pool or workout area to enjoy. Just very mundane.
Extended stay review My Check-in experience was horrible, i had to wait 45mins to get a room after long flight inspite of confirmed reservation. one of the day at 8AM itself nothing was available in breakfast.
Great Location This is a great hotel with great service. the staff was very informative and willing to help with any needs you may have. Room had a full kitchen, witha regular size fridge, microwave, and free wi-fi in every room. Dishes are provided and silverware are provided at hotel. hotel is close to a large shopping center which is about two blocks away. Area around the hotel is very quiet, so there is no worry about traffic noise. i would stay here again.

Do you get what you pay for? Nope, no room service, had to beg for a change of towels after 4 days, no breakfast, called front desk and ordered some plates and utensils. I ended up after 3 hours picking them up myself. Guy said sorry he was super busy (playing on phone) and I had to carry everything up to my room myself. Now don't get me wrong.... None of this would bother me if I didn't have had paid so much to stay a week. They were nice though, when they spoke English. Everyone smiled and said goof morning.
